บริษัท แบงค์คอก บิสซิเนส ลอว์เยอร์ จำกัด (Bangkok Business Lawyer) โดยคุณชัยวิทย์ เศรษฐภากรณ์ ผู้จัดการทั่วไป และคุณมัชฌิมธร คัมภิรานนท์ รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ (THAC) แทนผู้อำนวยการสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ ได้ร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) ที่จะร่วมกันส่งเสริมและสนับสนุกการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือก โดยการสนับสนุนทางด้านวิชาการ แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลข่าวสาร องค์ความรู้ และประชาสัมพันธ์การระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกโดยกระบวนการอนุญาโตตุลาการ
Bangkok Business Lawyer Company Limited (Bangkok Business Lawyer), represented by General Manager Mr. Chaivit Settaphakorn and Deputy Director of the Thai Arbitration Institute (THAC) Ms. Matchimdhorn Khampiranont (Acting on behalf of the Director of the THAC), attended the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support and promote alternative dispute resolution jointly. Through supporting academics through the arbitration process, knowledge and information can be shared, and alternative dispute resolution may be encouraged.
